why choose body strong physio & recovery?

Ashlee first fell in love with physiotherapy when she was only 10 years old. She suffered a patella dislocation (knee cap) whilst training for an upcoming swimming event. She attended physiotherapy with her mum and instantly fell in love with the profession.

Since then she has continued her love for helping people recover from all sorts of injury and pain. She attended Griffith University and completed her undergraduate qualification in a Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2012. She then continued her education by completing her Master of Physiotherapy at Griffith University in 2014.

She has since worked alongside various doctors, orthopaedic specialists, sports teams, sports physicians, developing young adults, the ageing population, everyday Aussies wanting to live pain free , injured workers and everything in between.

Ashlee has been fortunate enough to work with athletes from QAS swimming developmental squads, emerging national and international representative swimmers and triathletes, BMX riders, kayaking athletes, rugby union and rugby league players.

Ashlee continues to work alongside various athletes of all levels as well as her everyday clients who are wanting to live pain free and restore their quality of life.
